GRAPPA DI CANNONAU REFINED IN WOOD
Our Grappa di Cannonau is the essence of a careful selection of pomace from a vine that has become the symbol of the entire viticultural and oenological sector of Sardinia. Through our discontinuous artisan distillation plant, with bain-marie heating, we are able to extract all the richness that this raw material can offer, without attacking the compounds present inside them, obtaining
thus a grappa with an excellent olfactory and gustatory finesse.
Then follows a brief stop in small oak barrels which gives the product its characteristic color, and enriches it at an organoleptic level by introducing spicy and vanilla notes that bind to the typical hints of the distillate, completing and enhancing the sensations of softness and balance.
